, you agree to these Terms of Service. We recommend that you read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

1. General information

Auto Spa Onda is a center specialized in washing, detailing and disinfecting vehicles, located at C/ Cantabria, 10, Onda (Castellón).

2. Reservations and confirmations

Reservations can be made through our online system in the "Request an Appointment" section.

The customer must select the date, time and type of service.

The reservation will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp message.

Auto Spa Onda reserves the right to modify or cancel an appointment due to force majeure, giving the client as much notice as possible.

3. Services and prices

Prices indicated on the website include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
The customer can choose between the following washing packages:

Basic Wash (1h 30min): €30

Lavado Básico+ (3h): 50 €

Comprehensive Wash (24h): €150

Extra services are only available with the Comprehensive Wash package.
The indicated duration time is approximate and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

4. Payment methods

Payment can be made:

In cash, at the end of the service.

Or through the methods available at the time (transfer, card, etc., if enabled).

The customer agrees to pay the full amount for the contracted service, even if they cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

5. Cancellations and modifications

Appointments can be modified or canceled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice.

If cancellation is made outside of this period, Auto Spa Onda may charge a surcharge or not refund the reservation (if prepaid).

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the customer may be temporarily blocked from the reservation system.

6. Vehicle conditions

The customer must return the vehicle in a condition that allows for the proper execution of the service.

Vehicles with personal belongings inside will not be accepted; Auto Spa Onda is not responsible for loss or damage to items not previously removed.

For deep interior cleaning services, the client authorizes staff to move seats and floor mats if necessary.

7. Liability and guarantees

Auto Spa Onda is committed to performing all services with the utmost professionalism and care.

We are not responsible for any defects or prior damage to the vehicle (upholstery, paint, plastics, etc.) that become apparent during or after the wash.

In the event of a claim, evidence (photographs or video) must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery of the vehicle.

8. Privacy and data protection policy

Auto Spa Onda complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

The data collected in the reservation form (name, telephone number, email, etc.) is used exclusively for appointment management and related communications.

They are not transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Auto Spa Onda or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.

10. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Castellón, unless otherwise provided by law.

11. Acceptance of the conditions

By checking the box "I have read and accept the terms of service" on the booking form, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Service.
